Lifespan Respite provides DEAP's Caregiver Support Services to primary caregivers. Respite is designed to meet the safety and daily care needs of an individual's caregiver thereby reucing stress caused by the extraordinary demands of providing ongoing care for loved ones. Lifespan Respite also provides information and referrals to connect families with trained respite providers who can meet their needs. It also provides information and referral to connect families to appropriate services in the community.

  

Who is eligible?

Families and idividuals who identify a critical need for relief, regardless of age, income, race, ethnicity, special need or situation.

 

 

How is a referral made?

By contacting the Lifespan Respite Program Director, with the family's or individual's knowledge.
